International" pursuant to a deed of partnership dated January 01, 1987, executed by and between late Mr. Haresh Motwani (husband of the Promoter Mrs. Anjana Haresh Motwani) and one Mrs. Seema Abhichandani. The said partnership deed has been amended and restated from time to time pursuant to admission and retirement of partners. the Promoter Mrs. Anjana Haresh Motwani was admitted to the partnership in October 2001. Pursuant to the demise of Mr. Haresh Motwani, the Partnership Deed dated July 12, 2007 was executed between Mrs. Anjana Haresh Motwani, Mr. Karan Haresh Motwaniand Dhanraj Motwani HUF. Dhanraj Motwani HUF has retired as partner of the partnership firm on vide Retirement Deed dated August 8, 2009. The partnership firm, M/s. HP International was thereafter converted into a private limited company "HP Adhesives Private Limited" on May 07, 2019, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013. Subsequently, the Company has been converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company changed to "HP Adhesives Limited" pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany held on June 23, 2021 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 01, 2021 issued by the RoC.
