On June 4, 1996, the Company came out with initial public offer of 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.The Company could not continue with the agro based activities due to regulatory constraints.The Company decided to move into area of real estate development. The Company at present is focused on expanding its horizons in real estate and infrastructure activities. Besides development, of housing at affordable rates, the Company is also involved in providing techno-commercial consultancy to infrastructure projects. 2002-- Indo Green Projects Ltd has informed that the Board considered and accepted resignation of Mr Kamal Singhania as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. The Board considered and appointed subject to approval of members in General Meeting, Mrs Usha Singhania as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five year w e f June 01, 2002. 2008 - Indo Green has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: indogreenproj@yahoo.co.in 2010 -Company has changed its name from Indo Green Projects Ltd. to IITL Projects Ltd. 2013 -IITL Projects Ltd Mr. Milind S. Desai has been appointed as an additional director of the company. 2015 -IITL Projects Ltd has informed Ms. Beroz Rumie Gazdar has been appointed as an additional director (Independent Woman Director) with effect from March 30, 2015 on the Board of the Company.
