The Company has been promoted by Shri Sushil Kumar jain and Shri Suresh Chandra Agarwal. The Company is presently manufacturing Borax and Boric Acid at its Existing unit at Asangaon in Maharashtra. 2007 - The Board of Directors have declared an interim dividend on equity shares @ 10% on face value of Rs 10/- each. 2008 - The Board of Directors have has recommend a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share taking total dividend on equity shares to Rs 1.50 per shares. 2010 - The Board of Directors have recommended dividend of Rs 1.50 (One Rupee and Fifty Paise) per equity share of Rs 10 each. 2011 - The board of Directors have recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 (One Rupee and Fifty Paisa) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. 2013 -Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd have recommended dividend of Rs. 1.50 (One Rupee and Fifty Paise) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. 2015 -The production capacity expansion has been completed and the production is commenced. 2016 -Company has restarted production activity from Pithampur plant. 2021 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-. 2024 -The Company has commenced the production of its new value added Boric Acid Derivative, Agricultural Chemical Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate (DOT) from new production facility at Pithampur plant. 2025-Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited has commenced initial commercial dispatches of value added product \Boron Oxide\ from its Manufacturing Facilities located at Pithampur.
