The name of our Company was changed to `Kalpataru Homes Limited', upon its conversion into a public company, pursuant to a board resolution and a special resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting of the Shareholders, each dated April 3, 1995, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 16, 1995, issued by the Additional Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Bombay.
