It also deals in real estate and share business. 1991 - The Company had promoted Padam Industries Limited, which has produced excellent results in the year ended on 31st March, 1991. 1993 - During the year, the Company entered into the field of City Bus Financing. 1994 - The Company is gearing itself to enter into Merchant Banking activities in a big way to offer complete range of financial services. 1995 - During the year Company extended its network of representative offices to 11 centres all over State of U.P. to tap the growing market of vehicle finance in these areas. - Shri H. P. Agarwal and Shri R. N. Bansal resigned from the Directorship of the Company. - Shri Raghu Nath Rai and Shri M. P. Vora are retiring at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. They are eligible for re-appointment. 1996 - During the year Company has widened its net work by opening offices in various parts of the country. - The name of the Company has changed to KEY CORP LIMITED w.e.f. 17.04.1996, to diversify its activities in other fields. - The Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (Crisil) has downgraded the rating of the fixed deposit programme of Key Corp Ltd (KCL) from FA - (adequate safety with relatively lower standing) to FB (inadequate safety with relatively higher standing). - Crisil has also lowered the FA - (inadequate safety with relatively lower standing) rating assigned to the FD programme of Subhash Arora Investments (Pvt) Ltd (SAIPL) to FB (inadequate safety with relatively higher standing). The downgrade reflects a steep diminution in the market value of the investment portfolio of the company. 1997 - Sarvshree Dr. B.D. Agarwal and Padam Kumar Jain are retiring at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and are eligible for re-appointment. 1999 - During the year Shri V.B.
