Agarwal, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal and Dr. G.S. Sidhu. - The company proposes to manufacture Diketene and derivatives - Mono Methyl Acetoacetamide (MMA) and Methyl Aceto Acetate (MAA). Diketene is the mother chemical and is in itself not sold. 1994 - The Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement dated 12th October 1994, for which the Department of Industrial Development, Secretariat of Industrial Approvals, Ministry of Industry, has given permission vide their letter FC.II No:90(93)/4/ILF/93 dated April 2nd, 1993, with Shanghai Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corporation (SMEC), on behalf of Shanghai Peng Pu Chemical Works (SPCW) for technology transfer and with Xytel Technologies Partnership, U S A for the co-ordination and transfer of technology (between the Company and SMEC). 2000 -Avon Organics Ltd. the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company into the manufacture of chemical intermediates, proposes to venture into the area of bio-technology. 2002 -Avon Organics has entered into a long-term international contract for supply of one of its products with a Global MNC. 2004 -Avon Organics is introducing two high value added intermediates in its Diketene Division. 2007 -Avon Organics has designed a E-mail ID for Investors Complaints as cs_1@avonorganicsltd.com 2010 -Avon Organics has recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- i.e. 10% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each 2011 -Avon Organics has recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- i.e. 10% per equity share of Rs 10/- each 2013 - Mr. Rajendra Kaimal has been appointed as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company 2014 - Mr. Jignesh Patel is appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company - Dr. Sunil Pitroda has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company. 2015 -The Company has changed its name from Avon Organics Ltd to Avon Lifesciences Ltd. 2020 -Company name has changed to Kobo Biotech Ltd. from Avon Lifesciences Ltd.
