The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in November, 1994 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 25th November, 1994. 2005 - The Company appointed Mr. Rajesh Murarka and Mr. Saurabh Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) respectively of the Company. 2008 - Shri. Parimal Sheth has been appointed Chief Executive Offlcer (CEO) and Shri. Rajesh Murarka has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. 2011 -Ladderup Insurance Broking Private Limited has received broking licencse from IRDA. -Mr. Deepak Ladha a senior executive from Lazard India appointed as Executive Director on Board. 2012 -Ladderup Wealth Management Private Limited was hounored with "Best Performing Individual Financial Advisor-Mega Cities (West)" Award. 2013 -Tne Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.50 per share of Rs. 10 each. 2014 -"Quiet Enterprises Private Limited" (Erstwhile known as "Quiet Investment Private Limited") has now been converted into Limited Liability Partnership with name "Quiet Enterprises LLP."
