The Company was incorporated as Laffans Petrochemicals Private Limited on 12th November, 1991 in the state of Maharashtra and was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution on 3rd February, 1992. The certificate of incorporation was amended accordingly by the Registrar of Companies on 2nd March, 1992. The Company has shifted its Registered Office from State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat, pursuant to Company Law Board (W.R) order passed on 11-05-92. The Company is promoted by Laffans (India) Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Prem Seth and Mr. Sandeep Seth. The Company is presently engaged in the manufacture of Glycol Ethers, Ethoxylates under Phase I at GIDC, Panoli, Taluka Ankleshwar, Dist Bharuch.
