Our Company was originally incorporated as `Valyoo Technologies Private Limited', as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 19, 2008, issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi. Our Company changed its name to `Lenskart Solutions Private Limited' as part of a corporate rebranding initiative by our Company, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 19, 2015, issued by the RoC.
