Consequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company held on November 3, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to `Macpower CNC Machines Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated November 16, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
