Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed by the members in Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on October 23, 2019 and the name of the Company was changed to "Maks Energy Solutions India Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated November 21, 2019 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, Maharashtra.
