The company entered into technical collaboration agreement with KARL EYBL GMBH of Austria. As per the terms of this Agreement EYBL were to provide training to 4 Indian personnel of its works for four weeks and provide the services of 3 of its personnel in India EYBL were to provide design/software and technical know-how for a period of 3 years from the date of Agreement. 2009 -Company has changed its name from Podar Knitex Ltd. to Evergreen Textiles Ltd. 2023 -Company name changed to Markobenz Ventures Ltd. from Evergreen Textiles Ltd.. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 3:1 at par.
