The matter regarding change of name from Master Trust Limited to Prime Trust Limited is pending with Department of Company affairs. The original promoter of the company was Sh.Harjeet Singh Arora. In the year 1992 Sh. R.K.Singhania joined as director and co-promoter. At present Harjit Singh Arora and Mr.R.K.Singhania may be deemed to be promoters of the company. They are professionally qualified assisted by a team of young executives having experience in their respective fields. There has been no change in management of the company since incorporation except Mr. R.K.Singhania joining as Co-Promoter in the year 1992.
