The Company has made investments before the formalisation of the Screen Base Trading conducted by the National Stock Exchange and OTCEI. The Company's shares are totally held by the promoting Company Mehta Integrated Finance Limited and its promoters. The present business of the Company is formalisation of the National Stock Exchange trading, OTCEI operations, Stock Broking Capitalisation, Bought out Deals and Market Making.
