Ltd. and was converted into Deemed Public Limited on 10-08-1994. By way of passing special resolution at E.G.M. of the Company held on 17th August, 1994, the Company was converted into Public Limited. The Company has made investments before the formalisation of the Screen Base Trading conducted by the National Stock Exchange and OTCEI. The Company's shares are totally held by the promoting Company Mehta Integrated Finance Limited and its promoters. The present business of the Company is formalisation of the National Stock Exchange trading, OTCEI operations, Stock Broking Capitalisation, Bought out Deals and Market Making. Financial Results of Mehta Securities Limited are as under: (Rs in lacs) Upto 26-8-94 Income 22.21 Net Profit 20.03 Equity 75.00 Reserves 20.03.
