Consequently, the company was converted to a public company and the name of the Company was changed to "Mopshop Distribution Limited" vide certificate of incorporation dated 15th July, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2018 - Business started in the name "Mopshop Distribution Private Limited".- Opening of Vasai and Mumbai Warehouse2020- Opening of Karnataka (Bangalore) Warehouse2021- Opening of Indore and Ahmedabad Warehouses2022- Opening of Hyderabad and Gurugram Warehouses2023- Opening of Chennai Warehouse2024- The Company received a certificate of Recognition for their outstanding service delivery, support and partnership by CBRE in the year 2024.2025- Company's transition from private to public limited status "Mopshop Distribution Limited" in year 2025.- Opening of Pune Warehouse
