The company commenced its business on 24th April, 1985, with an initial capital of Rs.44 lakhs. The company is presently engaged in the business of investments, merchant banking, OTC dealership.2008-Morarka Finance Ltd has designated E-mail ID for Investors Complaints - investors@morarkafinance.in2011-Morarka Finance Ltd has informed that Mr. Vijay S. Banka has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. September 29, 2011.
