(Rs 1.50 per equity Shares) 2008 - NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has appointed Mr. Raunak R Agarwal as the Additional Director of the Company. -The Company has recommended final dividend @ 12% (Rs 1.20/- per equity share). 2009 -The Company has recommended the payment of dividend @ Rs 1/- per share i.e. 10%. -NR Agarwal Industries Ltd has appointed Shri.
