Subsidiaries: The Company does not have any subsidiary Promoters: The Company has been promoted by Shri Vinod Parekh, Shri Paresh Parekh and Shri Ketan Parekh. 2006 - The Company has successfully entered into retail segments with the launching of 'Touchwood' brand of wooden furniture products comprising of T.V. Trolley, Computer Trolley, Shoe Rack and Wall Units. 2010 -National Plastic Industries Ltd. declared 10% Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2010. 2011 - National Plastic Industries Ltd declared 10% Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011. 2012 -Company board Recommended Dividend @ Re. 0.50 (Fifty Paise Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2012. 2015 - National Plastic Industries Limited entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Tradeplast LLC, a trading company of Holzplast Inc. -"National Plastic Industries Limited entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Alterf Ltd., a trading company of Regul". -"Export Award" for product Plastic furniture. -The plastic Export Promotion Council Awarded the Highest Recognition for Exports for the yeart. -The plastic Export Promotion Council Awarded the Top Exporter of Plastic Furniture. 2016 -National Plastic has increased its production capacity by 3600 tons per year at the Silvassa Unit of the Company.
