The company has obtained the Certificate of Commencement of business on the 19th January 1994. - The immediate objective of the company is to set up manufacturing facilities for manufacture of Empty Hard Gelatine Capsules with an installed capacity of 980 million Nos. per annum. 1995 - The Company has acquired land admeasuring 8165 sq. mtrs. from Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) on lease cm sale basis. 1999 - The Company has set up facilities for manufacture of finished pharmaceutical formulations during the year. 2000 - The Company has entered into agreement with CDSL & NSDL for dematerialisation. 2003 - The company has started commercial production at its unit at Pondicherry. 2011 - The company have recommended dividend @12% on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. 2012 - The company have recommended dividend @15% on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. 2013 - The company have recommended dividend @15% on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. 2014 - The company have recommended dividend @15% on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. 2015 -Natural Capsules to acquire 40% shares from Supreem Pharmaceuticals Mysore Pvt Ltd. -Natural capsules adds exclusive manufacturing line for HPMC vegetarian capsules. -Natural Capsules to boost manufacturing capacity of Gelatin capsules at its Pondicherry unit. 2021 -The company issued rights shares of 1:2 at a premium of Rs. 90 per share. 2024 -The Company Commencement Of Commercial Production In High Speed HPMC Line.
