Presently, the Company is engaged in the business of Securities Trading & Investments and Merchant Banking including the underwriting and issue advisory services. The Company has received registration as category III merchant banker w.e.f. 1st January, 1994. The Company has been promoted by Shri. N.D.Agarwal and Shri. Sanjay Agarwal. At present the company does not have any subsidiary.
