Our Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act") in the name and style of "M/s Vinayak Dyes & Chemical Industries", pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated March 06, 1978 .Vinayak Dyes & Chemical Industries was changed to "Neochem Technologies" with effect from January 6, 2006 and further the firm was converted from Partnership Firm to Private Limited company under Part I chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 and received a Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat ("RoC") on June 6, 2017 as "Neochem Technologies Private Limited". Furthermore, the name of our Company was changed from Neochem Technologies Private Limited to Neochem Bio Solutions Private Limited and Certificate of Name change dated March 18, 2025, was received by the Company. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders resolution dated March 26, 2025, and the name of our Company was changed to "Neochem Bio Solutions Limited". A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated April 15, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
