Furthermore, the name of our Company was changed from Neochem Technologies Private Limited to Neochem Bio Solutions Private Limited and Certificate of Name change dated March 18, 2025, was received by the Company. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders resolution dated March 26, 2025, and the name of our Company was changed to "Neochem Bio Solutions Limited". A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated April 15, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
