Our Company was incorporated as "Nephrocare Health Services Private Limited", a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Hyderabad with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh ("RoC Andhra Pradesh") on December 18, 2009.
