The main aim of the company is promoting affordable ownership housing by providing substantial finance for housing as per the lending norms of National Housing Bank with regard to "pricing of credit, volume of credit and area of Dwelling unit". PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The company is engaged in construction activity and has developed apprx. 227000 sq.ft. area of commercial/residential schemes in and around the most developed areas of Ahmedabad City i.e. Navrangpura, Satellite, worth Rs. 743.75 lacs. 2005 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1 2016 -Nila Infrastructures - Nila lnfrastructures Limited received a Work Order from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for Slum Rehab 2010 -Nila Infrastructures has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share 2011 -Nila Infrastructures has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share 2012 -Nila Infrastructures has entered into joint venture with M/s.
