PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The company is engaged in construction activity and has developed apprx. 227000 sq.ft. area of commercial/residential schemes in and around the most developed areas of Ahmedabad City i.e. Navrangpura, Satellite, worth Rs. 743.75 lacs. 2005 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1 2016 -Nila Infrastructures - Nila lnfrastructures Limited received a Work Order from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for Slum Rehab 2010 -Nila Infrastructures has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share 2011 -Nila Infrastructures has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share 2012 -Nila Infrastructures has entered into joint venture with M/s. Progetto Consultants India Pvt. Ltd., incorporated a subsidiary Company namely Progetto Soluzioni Pvt. Ltd. 2013 -Re- appointment of Mr. Manoj B.
