The Company commenced commercial production in July, 1987 and has been engaged in the primary objective of manufacture of glass lining of equipment for use in the bulk drug, pesticide, insecticide, dyastuff, chemical and fine chemical industries. The Company has technical collaboration with M/s. Hakko Sangyo Company Limited, Japan. The glass composition and properties of the Company's products conform to Japanese standard, J/IS-R-4201. 2004 -Implemented major expansion of Fabrication and Glass Lining facilities 2007 -Company has informed that the e-mail id for investor grievance in respect of the Company is as under: Email ID: legal@nilelimited.com 2008 -Nile Ltd has appointed Sri. V Ashok as an Additional Director in the Board, with effect from July 26, 2008, who will hold office upto the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To 149/A, Old MLA Colony, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500 034. 2012 -Nile Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share for the financial year 2011-12. 2014 - Registered Office of the Company is shifted from Hyderabad to the following address: Plot No.38 & 40, APIIC Industrial Park, Gajulamandyam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati, Chittoor Dist.
