North Eastern Carrying Corporation was originally incorporated on December 05, 1984, as a private limited company, under the name and style `Prakarima Leasing Private Limited' under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. Our Company was thereafter converted into a public limited company vide shareholders resolution passed at an extra-ordinary general meeting of the Company held on December 17,1984 and the name of the Company was changed to `Prakarima Leasing Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana on January 16, 1995. In the subsequent year of 1995, the name of our Company was further changed to `N.E.C.C. Finlease Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana on January 03, 1995. Subsequently, the name of our Company was further changed to `North Eastern Carrying Corporation Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana on October 06, 1999. 2012 -Company has changed its name from Prakarima Leasing Ltd. to NECC Finlease Ltd. -North Eastern Carrying Corporation has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 3:1 2013 - Good Business Performance Award by "Inc. India 500". 2014 -Mr. Saurabh Agrawal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. 2023 -Company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 9:10 at a premium of Rs. 8 per share. 2025-The Company has been awarded a work contract form Tata Steel Ltd. for transportation of Steel Products from TSL Khopoli to Kalamboli, Panvel, Taloja and other destinations through EV for 5 Years.
