Our business was started by our founder Sambasivarao Yeluri and Kalyana Chakravarthy. Thereafter, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders on September 8, 2018, our Company was converted to a public limited company and our name was changed to "Nova Agritech Limited".
