Anil Kumar Bagri, Directors of the company who retired by rotation were re-appointed. 2014 - Oasis Securities Ltd has resolved to acquire 49% stake in the Issued and Paid up Share Capital of M/s. Azure Capital Advisors Private Limited, investment manager to India Realty Fund I, a SEBI registered Venture Capital Fund ("Azure Capital"). 2021-The Company have entered into Share Purchase Agreement ('SPA') to dispose the 1,00,000 equity shares representing 2.93% of Ikab Securities and Investment Limited. 2025-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.-The Company has approved the raising of funds through issuance and allotment of equity shares on rights issue basis
