YEAR EVENTS 1988 - The Company was originally incorporated as Aquapure Containers Private Limited on 19th August, with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi and subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on10th January 1989. - The Company had been promoted by Sh. Rajan Handa, B.Tech (Hons.), Justic T.R. Handa (Retd.) and Sh. Rajesh Chopra a practising Chartered Accountant. 1993 - The name of the Company was changed to OK PLAY INDIA LIMITED vide Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18th September. and fresh certificate of incorporation dated 12.10.93. - The company started in February 1990 with the manufacture of water storage tanks on its hightech, fully computerised Rotomoulding Machine imported from West Germany in 1989. - Under the expansion scheme, the company is installing 2nos indigenous Rock-N-Roll machines to manufacture storage tanks with capacities upto 15000 litres to effectively compete in the tanks market. - After complete implementation of the diversification cum expansion scheme, the company's installed capacity will increase to 2300 M.T. p.a. from 900 M.T. p.a. 1994 - The company has developed wide marketing and distribution network throughout the country. 1996 - Mr. D. D.Taneja Director, is to retire by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment. 1997 - The product range of the company is being regularly expanded. During the year, 13 new products (big and small) have been added with the existing range of products. - During the year 1996-97 a focussed Energy Conservation Awareness was launched,as a result of which the Power and Fuel consumption during the year has gone down as a percentage of cost of sales compared to the previous year. 1998 - All the products of the Company are of International Quality from the view point of safety, durability, non-toxicity and design. - The Company participated in the India International Toy Fair held in New Delhi during the current financial year, organised by Toy Association of India (TAI) and bagged number of awards/prizes in various categories like the earlier year such as Ride ons, Educational, Infants and Pre-school etc., apart from winning the Overall Best Toy of the Year for the second consecutive year. - During the year Company also participated in the Worlds largest toys exhibition in Nuremburg Germany. - Mr. D.D. Jain was appointed as Nominee Director of HFC w.e.f. 7.4.98. 2000 - The Company has signed an agreement with NSDL & CDSL for dematerialisation. 2007 -The Company has been awarded a rate contract for the supply of Water . -The Company got a deal of auto manufacturers for the supply of fuel tanks. -The Company has entered into an arrangement with US based Solar Plastics. 2008 -The company has been awarded by the Government of Haryana for the supply of water storage tanks. -Email i.d:investor.relations@okplay.in 2014 -Venturing Into Retail And ECommerce 2015 - Ok Play India launched Electric Vehicle 2020 -OK Play Healthcare introduces two innovative & revolutionary products and becomes disinfection booth manufacturers to safeguard our lives against global health crises. 2024 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
