The Company now proposes a major expansion of its Leasing and Hire Purchase activities with thrust in financing Plant & Machinery and automobilles. It also proposes to expand its business in the area of Bills Discounting, Stock Market operations. 2015 -Optimus Finance Company's Registered Office has been shifted to 301, Atlantis Heritage, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg, Vadi-wadi, Vadodara-390003, Gujarat. - The company has changed its name from Transpek Finance Ltd. to Optimus Finance Ltd. 2025-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
