Board of Directors has authorised Mr B K Narula, Managing Director to look for strategic partner in India or in Foreign. 2003 -Members approved delisting of its share from Delhi Stock Exchange 2004 -delist from Delhi Stock Exchange w.e.f. October 13, 2004. --Registered Office of the Company has been shifted rom "Haveli No. 13 (Ground Floor), Hauz Khas Village Market, New Delhi - 110 016" to "Hemkunt Chambers, Flat No. 620, 89 Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110 019" 2005 -Launch of Sterling Silver Jewellery. 2009 -Change of Registered Office from "Haveli No. 13 (Ground Floor), Hauz Khas Village Market, New Delhi - 110 016" to "Hemkunt Chambers, Flat No. 620, 89 Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110 019" with effect from September 01, 2009.. 2010 - Silver Smith India Ltd has appointed Mr. Puneet Jain as an Independent Director w.e.f.
