Subsequently, in September 7, 2015 the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to "Patdiam Jewellery Limited". The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is U36911MH1999PLC120537.Samir Kakadia and Priti Kakadia were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Pravin Kakadia, Chhagan Navadia and Mahesh Navadia first acquired Equity Shares of the Company on May 30, 2002. Further, Pravin Kakadia, Samir Kakadia, Chhagan Navadia and Mahesh Navadia, Promoters of the Company have acquired further Equity Shares of the Company since then.
