Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on July 4 2024, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Patel Chem Specialities Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 29, 2024, by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U24100GJ2008PLC054305.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2008- Incorporation of the Company.2021- Company acquired a land at Indrad, Mahesana, with an area of 9,409 square meters.2022- Company acquired a Talod Unit (Land and, Plant and Machinery), Himmatnagar, with an area of 6,767 square meters.- Crossed ? 50 crores revenue2023- Recognized as One Star Export House- Received MSME ZED Bronze Certificate2024- Our Company was converted from a private limited company into a public limited company2025- Vatva Unit is registered as US-FDA approved facility
