The Company was Incorporated on 17.11.1994 in the name and style of "Peeti Securities Private Limited" under the Companies Act, 1956 at Paras Chambers, Opp. HSE, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution under Section 31(1)/44 of the Companies Act, 1956 passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 06.12.1994 and approved by ROC dated 27th January 1995. The Registered Office of the Company was changed to 609, 6th Floor, Swapnalok Complex, S.D. Road, Secunderabad - 500003 from 6th February, 1995 by the Resolution of the Board of Directors. The Company has already commenced operations.
