Subsequently, our Company was converted into a private limited company under Companies Act with the name `Platinum Industries Private Limited' pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated July 09, 2020. Further, pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 30, 2023 and by our Shareholders at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 31, 2023, our Company was converted into a public limited company.
