The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U85110AP2000PLC035231.MAJOR EVENTS:2000- Incorporation of Pramodini Medicare Private Limited.2015- Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Chalasani and Dr. Chalasani Kavitha were appointed as Directors on the Board of the Company and Installation of 128 slice CT scan at Vijayawada- Andhra Pradesh.2017- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for 4 centres in Andhra Pradesh.2021- Entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vista Imaging & Medical Centre Private Limited to incorporate Vista Pramodini Medicare Private Limited.
