The corporate identification number of our Company is U28999PB2018PLC047462.Major Events and Milestones2018 Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name Pritika Engineering Components Private Limited.2021 Our Company has increased Installed capacity from 9600 MT to 12000 MT2022 -Our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and its name was changed to Pritika Engineering Components Limited.-Our Company has subscribed in the shares of Meeta Castings Limited (MCL), MCL being the wholly owned subsidiary of our company 2023 -Pritika Engineering Components commenced commercial production at New Plant in Punjab after Successful Completion of Trials and New Plant Capacity 12,000 tons p.a. taking overall capacity to 24,000 tons p.a. 2024 -The Company has finalised approx. 87,000 sq ft land at village Simbli, Phagwara-Hoshiarpur Road, Tehsil & District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, 146001 for our ongoing expansion plan.
