Our Company was incorporated as `Purple Style Labs Private Limited' at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a private limited company under the Companies Act pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 6, 2015, issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to `Purple Style Labs Limited' pursuant to a Board resolution dated October 23, 2023 and Shareholders' resolution dated November 21, 2023, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 13, 2023 was issued by the RoC.Major Events and Milestones:2018- Acquired the assets pertaining to the brand, "Pernia's Pop-Up Shop"- Opened an Experience Center in Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra2019- Opened an offshore Experience Center in London, United Kingdom2020- Entered into an agreement with Retreat N Style India Private Limited for the acquisition of the intellectual property of the brand `Wendell Rodricks', its archives etc.2021- Entered into an agreement with Hemant Trivedi for the acquisition of the design library, archives, intellectual property, and associated goodwill of the brand `Hemant Trevedi'2022- Opened a Large Format Experience Center in Mehrauli, Delhi2023- Opened a Large Format Experience Center in Hyderabad, Telangana2024- Our Company crossed the ?5,000 million revenue mark2025- Opened two Large Format Experience Centers at South Extension, Delhi and Fort, Mumbai2026- Opened two Large Format Experience Centers in New York, United States and Linking Road, Mumbai
