Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide certificate dated June 24, 2011. Our Company was registered with the RBI under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, as a non banking financial institution without accepting public deposits by a certificate of registration No. N.13.01840 dated August 30, 2006. Our company is the NBFC Arm promoted by the Bagri Family in order to carry out their financing and investment activities and in order to bring in the benefits of synergies from their brokerage and other businesses. Key events and milestones of Our Company 2005 Incorporation as "BCB Finance Pvt. Ltd." 2006 Received RBI License to carry our NBFC Activities (Non Deposit Taking Non Systemic) 2008 Our total asset base crosses the ` 100 Million Mark. 2011 Conversion of the Company into a Public Limited Company.
