Pursuant to a resolution of the Shareholders passed on February 03, 2018, the name of the Company was changed to Rajnish Wellness Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 09, 2018.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES2015- Incorporation of the Company2017- Idea of selling consumable in combos got tremendous response which is now 1000 enquiries a day.2018-Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company-Company name has changed to Rajnish Wellness Ltd. from Rajnish Hot Deals Ltd. 2021 -Rajnish Wellness Limited has introduced new product in the portfolio of Rajnish Wellness Limited named as "Rajnish Malam". -The company issued Bonus shares in the ratio of 5:4 . 2022-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.2023-Rajnish Wellness Limited bags an award at Times Business Awards - North 2023.-Company bags award for wellness and health care sector at MSME START UP EXPO June 2023.2025-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 19:30 at par.
