Consequently, the name of our Company was changed to "Rajputana Industries Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to our Company by the RoC, Jaipur on May 04, 2023, and Corporate Identification Number is U31909RJ2011PLC035485.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2011-Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 as a private limited company.-Allotted 15000 Sq. Mtr. land2014-Completed Prefabricated building2015-Started the Commercial Production as manufacturers of Copper and Brass Wire Rods2017-Introduced Super Enamel Copper and Aluminium Conductors to our range of Products2023-The company was converted to public company.2024-Started installation of Cable Plant.2025-Expanded total installed capacity to 13150 MTPA.
