Subsequently, the name of the company was changed from "Ecojanitors Limited" to "ResGen Limited" under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on September 01, 2022 and vide certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated September 27, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U37200MH2018PLC315052.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES 2018 -Incorporation of the company 2021 -Factory was setup in August 2021 -Commercial production started on September October 2021 2022 -The company achieved a Turnover of Rs. 4.00 crore in its 1st F.Y since it started its commercial production on September 2021. -The company was converted into the public company on July 01, 2022 -The name of the company was changed from EcoJanitors Limited to ResGen Limited. -Patent acquired in India for the Catalyst Formulation for Plastic Pyrolysis -The company touched the revenue of Rs. 10.00 Crores in September 2022 for the F.Y 2022-2023.
