Later in the year 2022, pursuant to a Special Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 05, 2022, our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Retina Paints Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on December 26, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U24232TG2010PLC071018.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2010-Incorporation of the company-Took over Unikon Paints Private Limited via Scheme of Amalgamation-Acquisition of own land & building.--The company offered a wide range of colours to its customers with colour vision shades and also offered its own colour dispenser to the dealers as well. 2022 -Retina Paints became a Public Limited Company from a Private Limited Company. 22023-Company Moved its entire operation to its own Land and Building.-Retina Paints Listed its Equity Shares in BSE SME Platform.
