The name of the Company was changed to Richfield Financial Services Pvt. Ltd from 5th February, 1993. The Company was converted to the public limited company and fresh Certificate of incorporation consequent to change in name was obtained on 16th December 1994. 2025-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
