The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing soyabean/rapeseed oil, refined oil, vanaspati & deoiled cake. The Company entered the Capital market in February, 1993 to raise fund for setting up facilities to process 500 tpd of oil seeds or 600 tpd of oil cakes in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. 2008 -The Company designated email-ID for the Grievance redressal division / compliance is amitkhurana@mawanasugars.com. 2011 -Mr. Sunil Kakria has also been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company. 2022 -Company name has changed to CMX Holdings Ltd. from Siel Financial Services Ltd..
