The Company's Corporate Identity Number is U25207MH2017PLC300575.MAJOR EVENTSApril 2018- Takeover of Proprietorship Concern pursuant to Business Takeover Agreement dated April 05, 2018- Acquired land admeasuring 1050 Sq.
