The Company came out with a Public issue of 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 5/- per share aggregating Rs. 195 lacs. To keep pace with the changed scenerio, the company now plans to diversify into various financial service sector i.e. Bills discounting, leasing, Hire Purchase, Portfolio Management etc. apart from entering into Secondary Market operations.
