The Company was Incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 19th February 1990 in the name of Kosiwala Financial Consultants (P) Ltd. under the Companies Act 1956. It became a Public Limited Company by passing a special resolution on 31st March, 1994 and subsequently changed it's name to KOSlAN FINANCE LIMITED with effect from 15th April, 1994. PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY The Company has already established the required infrastructure and necessary facilities for the work of Registrars & Share Transfer Agents. The total cost involved in the set up of Registrars & Share Transfer Agents is estimated at Rs. 30 Lakhs for which the Company has already a Term Loan sanction of Rs. 20 Lakhs and Rs. 10 Lakhs has been contributed by the promoters. The Company has already acquired Office Premises and other infrastructure facilities. Besides this, the Company is engaged in a host of financial services activities as under: a. PROJECT ADVISORY SERVICES : Project advisory and consultancy on various financial matters is the main activity of the Company. Preparation and appraisal of project reports, Capital Structuring and tax consultancy are the areas of thrust for the Company presently. b. MERCHANT BANKING : The Company is a SEBI registered Category IV Merchant Banker and has been till presently engaged in assisting and acting as advisors to various public/rights issues and also in procuring subscriptions to the said issues. The Company has applied to SEBl for an upgradation to Category III and is awaiting approval. c. LOAN SYNDICATION/BILL DISCOUNTING: The Company has been involved in the arrangement of loans, hire purchase finance, lease finance, bridge loans, Inter Corporate Deposits, Placements of Non Convertible Debentures with Mutual funds etc. and Syndication of Bill Discounting at attractive rates of interest to reputed companies. SUBSIDIARY The Company has no subsidiaries as on date. 2008 -Kosian Industries Ltd has appointed Major S P S Rathod as Director w.e.f. April 29, 2008. 2012 -Company has changed its name from Kosian Industries Ltd. to Seven Hill Industries Ltd. 2013 -The Registered office of the Company shifted from 202/B, Gayatri Darshan, Thakur Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai - 400101 to 41, Ground Floor, Balaji Tower, Shree Shantiniketan, Sector 30A, Opp. Sanpada Railway Station, Vashi (W), Navi Mumbai - 400705. 2021 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
