The company is engaged in the manufcture of Battery Cell, Jackets & Components, printed metal sheet, cans and can components. In this year, the company also expanded its printing capacity with an additional investment of Rs.250 lakhs. The Company went public on the 19th of August, 1993 with an issue of 2,305,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs.30/- per share, aggregating 922 lakhs. 2001 - The Company has tied up with NSDL and CSDL to offer demat facility to shareholders. 2007 -E-mail ID for Investor Complaints:investors@shetrongroup.com . 2008 -Board recommends dividend of 20%. 2019 -Amalgamation of Shetron Metropak Private Limited with Shetron Limited.
