Shri Saurin Vora resigned as Company Secreatary and Shri Suresh Gondalia is appointed as Company Secretary wef December 2, 2003. 2007 -Shilp Gravures has recommended Dividend @ 18% 2008 -Shilp Gravures has entered as a partner of Shilp Gravures, a registered partnership firm. 2009 -Shilp Gravures has recommended dividend of Rs 1/- per share 2010 -Shilp Gravures has been awarded as best Company in Packaging Industry at the recently concluded 'IndiaMART Leaders of Tomorrow Awards 2010' held at New Delhi. 2011 -Shilp Gravures has entered into JV Agreement with Re S.p.A.
