However, it is effective from the date of filing of Form 42 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 of the High Court in relation to the Scheme along with Form INC 28 with the Registrar of Companies, Shillong & Meghalaya i.e., April 10, 2015.The Company Incorporated in the name of Shyam Century Ferrous Limited as Public Limited Company on April 12, 2011, under the Companies Act, 1956, having Registered Office at 6, Lyons Range, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700001, West Bengal, with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The registration no. assigned to our Company was U27310WB2011PLC161689.
